Is this good for Oily skin?

I’m not an expert, but I think if you wash your face before applying this product you’ll be ok. Point being, you want to remove the excess oil from your skin first, to allow the product to do it’s thing. If you put the moisturizer on without cleaning your face beforehand, you run the risk of clogging up your pores and causing breakouts. Just my $.02.
