St. Tropez Comfort Height One-Piece Elongated Toilet, Vortex Dual-Flush 1.1/1.6 GPF, White Hardware

OK it’s 2025 and I installed this toilet in 2021 when we first moved into our condo. I had ordered two Toto toilets because my brother is a contractor. I didn’t like the Tonos because they’re too hard to clean the sides and I wanted a skirted side for easy cleaning. I had no idea how great this toilet was. We just sold our condo and I was thinking to myself. I’m taking this toilet with me. That’s how much I love this toilet. Somebody on here said it’s a bunch of cheap plastic. I don’t know what they’re thinking about but this is a porcelain toilet with a plastic soft clothes lid that comes with it and it works perfectly. I installed it myself. Yes it was difficult to figure out because how do I get my fingers in there tighten it down. Well, I went through my tools and I pulled out a very small ratchet and it did the job. It was actually very easy to install by myself. I didn’t use a regular waxy. I used the rubber kind that compress when you put the toilet over the top as an accordion type. This toilet out flushes any of the big brands I don’t care if you even spent $1000 on the toilet. And the porcelain is so easy to clean and it stays clean for some reason. The Toto toilet very hard to keep clean and very hard to clean with a brush. I did install a hand washer which washes out the bowl every time I use it as well as myself. They use these types of things in Saudi Arabia and that’s where I got the idea and I love it. I use hardly any toilet paper so I save a lot of money. I’ve just given you guys a big hello on one of the greatest toilets I think has ever been made. And the bonnet is basically just wipe down the outside. I’ve had it for almost 5 years and it looks as if I just installed it. I’m leaving it. I’m not gonna take it. But every toilet in the house that I’m going to I will replace with the Swiss Madison. No if ands or butts.🍺

Love, love, love this toilet! I love not having those ridiculous swan-like bases where you have to get up to it with almost your face to try to dig out dirt and that are ugly to begin with. This potty is SO tastefully designed. It is neat, clean, and has the double flush at the top. I didn't think I wanted that double flush at the top but now that I have it, I understand its value, so if you're like me, give the double flush a chance because it might change your opinion. We just bought a house a couple of years ago and put new potties in and I am pulling all of those potties out and putting this potty in all of my bathrooms! Great design. Easy to install. Strong flush. Quiet. Sleek design is modern and looks great. Soft close lids mean no more loud noise if the seat or lid slips from your hand. Elongated abd comfortable. Super easy to clean with no hard to reach spots

We purchased 1 of these toilets for each of our 2 full baths. They both arrived very well packed and safe. They are attractive? And the height is perfect because it’s a little higher than typical toilets. It’s comfortable, flushes strong, is efficient, and it’s fairly quiet. For us, this was a perfect way to easily give a facelift to a boring “blah” bathroom. You’ll probably need a plumber (like we did), but you will be happy if you purchase.

Very disappointed in this toilet. I have previously purchased a Swiss Madison toilet, the Sublime II, which I absolutely love. However, I wanted a slightly larger fully-skirted, modern design for our guest bathroom. I liked the the look and dimensions of this one and while I read some negative reviews that pointed out the bad quality of the tank lid, I really thought it was a fluke. After opening the box, I have to agree with the negative reviews. The toilet I received has a very large and uneven gap between the lid and the the front of the toilet tank. The lid also does not sit flush with the front of the tank. The center of the tank lines up rather nice but on either side, there is a substantial drop that is quite noticeable. Finally, there are two spots on the top of the front of the tank where the unfinished/unpainted ceramic can be seen when looking at it. It’s either bad quality control or bad design. I usually wouldn’t be so upset with bad quality control because I understand sometimes things happen and things fall through the cracks. However, it is not easy for me to repackage and move around such a big, bulky, and heavy item to return it or replace it. Still undecided if I’m willing to chance that it just bad quality control and ask for a replacement for fear of having to return it a second time. As it stands with the toilet I received, I wouldn’t recommend this toilet for this price because the defects really cheapen the look and quality.

Best toilet. Great quality. This is the second one I’ve purchased. The first time it was hard to install, but I have a good method to get it on perfect so it was super easy the second time.

We are very happy with our new toilet! It’s stylish, it works great and it’s easy to clean! No problems or issues with clogging! The only thing that needs to be mentioned here is that the seat is made of cheap plastic. We’ve replaced all metal parts to gold to fit the rest of our powder room interior design. I would definitely buy it again!

It's a nice height, the flush controls are awesome, it's an elongated bowl, it hides the water supply with its open back, the seat is included and is innovative, it's sturdy, it has twin jets and hasn't had any lingering waste stuck in the bowl, simple to clean and even came with a seal.

Quick delivery and solid quality

This toilet clogs, even when there is just water in the toilet. It literally clocked every 5 flushes. One literally waits in agony for the flush to work. I adjusted the internal mechanism to have a more powerful flush, but it did not help. The toilet was installed by a plumber - who said it was very difficult to install and there were no floor bolts. Swiss Madison, is unreliable, even though this toilet has a warranty they could not replace toilet because I live in Canada. They told me I had to work it out with the place I bought it from. Thankfully Amazon, helped me. Returning a toilet purchased online is a nightmare, do not do it! This is a nice looking toilet, and there are some happy customers out there - but if you get into a problem with this toilet, Swiss Madison will not help you. They do not have a chat or call centre. Have to do everything by email and wait days for a response. Toilets are probably the most important thing in your house - as I discovered. My advice, stick with American Standard, Kohler, or TOTO.

It looks great and we haven't had any issues, but the installation was a nightmare. You definitely need two people minimum as the bolt holes are impossible to see due to the side walls; you need to put a finger through them to feel for the bolts. Also it would be great if the holes in the sides were bigger as tightening the bolts is very challenging.
