What if batteries died, how can I open the door from the inside and outside

From the inside, you can always turn the interior door knob to open the door directly even if battery died.

How can I keep the door can be always "unlock"

Turn off Auto Lock in App Or press SET BUTTON in the interior door knob and verify your fingerprint/code to enable the passage mode to go in/out without fingerprint or code. If you verify the fingerprint or code to unlock, it will back to auto lock.

The app cannot find my K02Apro smart lock

Please try to press the setting button on the interior knob until you hear a beep. Then, re-add the smart door lock to the app. And make sure the Bluetooth, mobile network or 2.4Ghz WiFi is turned on.

Failed to connect with Bluetooh and Can I control the smart door knob remotely.

While bluetooth door knob offline, please revoke door knob with fingerprint first and reconnect it. If you are out of home, it will need to buy a gateway seperately to remotely control.

Fingerprints are hard to be read

Please ensure your fingers are at multiple positions and angles during fingerprint enrollment. When the fingers are wet, sticky or not clean, it will be hard to unlock the door.
