Perfect!
Bought this to replace my over worked 6k BTU in the living room. Keeps the room very cool, and I notice it’s kicking on and off when needed so I’ll be saving money without using the 6k BTU constantly on. Did come with minor damage but this was due to UPS and not the shipper or Amazon. Amazon customer support on this issue was amazing! Should have bought two!

Died after one full season.
This unit worked fine for one season. After installing in late August to replace a 20 year old unit, it ran for a few weeks in august and September. Ran perfect for the next season. After stating the unit this year, 2026, unit compressor comes on, but will not get cold. Talked to Honeywell and since it is over 1 year old they will not repair it. They offered 15% off a new one. Well, they can stuff that. I WILL be buying a new unit, but i will never buy anything Honeywell ever again. The unit was a little louder than the old unit, but was substantially smaller and lighter, but if it only works for 5-6 months then dies, I'd be better off buying Ice to keep myself cool as it would be cheaper than this unit. I cannot recommend anyone buy one of these, unless you are looking for a very large boat anchor.

It’s not great
The eco mode is terrible it goes on and off for like 5 seconds. It struggle during hot temp in a undersized room and it’s loud

Incorrect Specs Advertised
Just received it today and since it's the middle of winter I cannot yet rate its performance however the 3 stars is due to the inaccurate specs on Amazon. I was looking for a specific size unit and selected this one because it is advertised as 17.9" high when it is in fact just under 15". Also, the unit weight is not 25 lbs as advertised but more like 75 lbs. so I could not carry it up the stairs by myself as originally planned. Get it straight Amazon!

Doesn’t cool after less then three months and cannot find the serial number any where on it for warranty

Arrived damaged
The plastic front of air conditioner was cracked upon arrival. Due to it not being delivered on time ,while we were in town , we just opened it to install and discovered it now. It still stays closed and the unit itself is functioning properly.
