Is this fda approved or cleared? a class i, ii or iii unit? the video shows "approved" but the original website says "cleared". which is it?

It's "FDA Cleared". Cleared devices are safe for use without a Doctors order. If it was "FDA Approved", with a 'class' number, it would require a Doctors Prescription for sale. (I'm a Dr. of PT. )

I believe it was in the paperwork if u still have it. I will look for mine if u don't have it. But I may have tossed it. Next option contact the company directly. That's what I did with my last one.

Does anyone use this device on knees?

Just had TKR one month ago. I mainly used the EMS before surgery, and now use both the TENS and EMS on my right knee. Using it to increase quad strength.
