Anyone have a trick for disassemble? I cannot get it apart.

All I take apart is the strap when I charge it. No problem with that. Instructions told me how to do it

how to set time and date?

Easy to do once the watch is fully charged and the ap is downloaded on your phone and your watch is paired with it. Go to the DEVICE setting (3rd setting at the bottom when ap is open on the phone). Click MORE and it takes you to another screen. TIME FORMAT is where you will tap either 12 hour format (regular time) or 24 hour format (military time). Once that is set it automatically puts the correct time on the watch.

Does it take your blood pressure ?
