Spenco Diabetic Insole Trim to Fit for Cushioning, Reduced Friction, Foot discomfort and All Day Comfort

Perfect for my neuropathy. Everything I bought them for, support, value, quality, long lasting I got in these. My only complaint is that after buying them a few times for other shoes they were out the last time. Definitely recommend

I finally got the best combination - Italian Safety Sneakers (UPower) in E width with these Spenco insoles. I feel like these are now the most stable, safest and most comfortable shoes /sneakers for walking and standing. I think that Spenco and UPower should get together to make a superb footwear. I have been using these for many years. They make all of my shoes feel better but if you order these check them as soon as you receive them. One of the packages that I received had two right shoe insoles.

I worked retail for years constantly on my feet and walking on cement floors and these are the only insoles that kept my feet from hurting so bad.

I use these to help with neuropathy. They help to make boots more comfortable and are fairly durable. I would buy again.

The insoles is too wide at the arch. You will need to trim the middle, inner section to fit in the shoe. It looks like 3 pair, but it's only one.

1 Star — Would Give Zero if I Could The only reason this got one star is because there’s no negative-star option. I rarely leave reviews, but this product was so awful I had to warn people. If you have regular-sized feet, keep scrolling. I wear a size 6, and this insert was so huge and bulky it wouldn’t fit into even my largest shoe. It felt like it was made for a grown man with feet the width of an elephant. I was so desperate for an insert that I actually tried cutting and trimming it down to make it work—which ruined any chance of returning it—but even then it was completely unusable. Total waste of money. Unless you wear clown shoes or have elephant-sized feet, do yourself a favor and skip this one.

I am not diabetic, but getting there… I have a number of Spenco insoles and they are all great. I only bought because I was almost diagnosed with early diabetes. But all that aside, I know all my other Spencos did not disappoint and neither did this.
