These are absolutely by far the best overnight diaper I have used. They never leak no matter what volume of liquid I empty into them at night. they have some special material that really absorbs & protects with odor. I used them when I had a hip replacement so I wouldn’t have to get my husband out of bed at night to help me into the bathroom. You don’t notice the wetness that much either, they have some kind of wicking property. It is so wonderful that my husband and I can sleep uninterrupted all through the night. My only complaint which has nothing to do with the diaper is it took so long to receive them. A few years ago I had an ankle replacement & I was able to get them in a couple of days. If you know you are going to need them ahead of time I would order them right away. It took me 8 days to get them last time. I have tried many other brands & these are the best. They also have adjustable tabs which are much easier to get on and off than the pull on type, which are much less absorbent too. I am 5’ 3/4” & weigh 95 lbs. & wear the medium. & they work fine, although I may be able to wear a small. I’ve never tried, since I’m so happy with these.

I ride a recumbent trike and even though the diapers save me money, I like the pull up pants even more. I’m getting better with the diapers using the wall method, but I still like the convenience of the pull up pants even more. It’s worth the extra money to use the pull up pants They both keep me dry, collect the waste (pee) and both are very tough, and I don’t have to stop and pee in the bushes. I like the pull up pants and my trike even more now! By the way, those sticky tabs really work well. I’ve had to re-adjust them several times and they really do work well.

These diapers are awesome. Very absorbent and comfortable. I can go out for a long outing. And no worries of leaks. They are also great for over night. They perfrom as good as diapers costing more. Im very happy with them. The cons. I had a few split in the back. Update i figured out how to put them on. Snug enough not to split. They are performing great now.

This is a standard diaper design that is for adults. The diaper is comfortable and made of great quality. No skin irritation and breathable. This one can be worn for a good amount of time. The double tabs on each side are very strong and will reattach multiple times, ensuring a snug and secure fit. It is a diaper, still. I did not give it a full five stars because I purchased mine on sale at a great price, but now they are expensive and overly priced.

I have a back injury that has caused me to become incontinent. I hoped that the tabs would make these pads easier to fit because, even thought there are many brands and sizes it is still hard to get a fit that doesn't leak. I ordered a size large for my size 18 body and they are plenty big. I really had to become creative when it came to getting the 8 inch wide crotch area into my normal 2/3 inch crotch area... Sitting on all those folds was really hard since I had intense nerve pain running down both legs and it just had to go where those heavy folds were. I was already at my wits end by time the pads had arrived so the fact that the company had a really nice video helped immensely. The fit wasn't great but they really absorb. Like full bladder absord. And no leaks. They have a little elastic flap around the legs that is helpful. I think they should add the elastic around the waist. This diaper would be absolutely perfect for a bedriddent patient.

I cannot express how incredibly satisfied I am with these diapers! The absorbency is beyond my expectations getting me through the night without any worries. The medium size for my 32in waist is perfect. While not a huge fan of cloth-backed diapers, these are about the best that I've experienced: smooth, quiet, and don't rub uncomfortably on my thighs like other brands. The hook and loop tapes refastened well a number of times, but as with most brands, I wish they could do so more times without losing their adhesiveness.

These diapers are HUGE with way too much extra material at the ends! And there are only two tapes per side which makes it very hard to attach them in a way that will contain anything or protect bedding. They might be okay for an extremely large person but I will be using these as extra pads under my husband. and not ordering more.

I have a 33-year-old son with a brain injury who is often incontinent, and these underpants are the best I've found. He was recently in the hospital, and the techs who were responsible for changing his gown, bedding, etc. kept asking me if I had more of these because they didn't have to change the bedding if he was wearing an Ego-San, just his underwear & sometimes the pad underneath. I also like that they absorb the urine & keep it from irritating his skin. The only question I have is that the web site says they have a small (he's very tall & thin), but I can only find M & L. Would love to know if the size small is available.
