Great alternative to those expensive lifting shoes
Not a professional lifter, but i wanted to replace my chucks and these had great reviews. Very comfortable, feel durable, and they fit wide feet. Was able to go through an entire workout without, and loved how they felt. They’re small enough to fit in a tiny bag, so you can carry them until you’re ready to lift. Will be buying a second pair.

For strength training
So I’m writing this review to help others decide to get or not, so I’ve ALWAYS worn cross trainers tennis shoes, either Nike or Reebok but in recent months I’ve switched from just cardio to strength training and HIIT and my legs and knees have been putting in a beating, I’ve tried to figure out if it was incorrect movement or my shoes, and come to find out through trial and error it was my shoe, now it may be different for someone else as we are all different but when I would wear my Adidas EQT flat cross trainers (no arch) I was not getting the pain and DOMS as much and felt like with my sumos and RDLs I needed something completely flat, I do have arch but I have really strong feet so I did my research and purchased these, I wear a women’s size 7.5 and have wide feet, I first bought the 6.5 but they wear too too tight and it compressed too much then next day bought the 7 and it’s a perfect fit with socks, now I could have gotten away with the 6.5 without socks but I don’t want to have stinky shoes so knew I had to go half a size up and it’s a perfect fit! In my living room I tried a sumo and leg squat and what a difference! I saw that in the gym I was moving forward too much and not getting good stability so I know these are just what I needed, im not sure how they’ll hold up in the long run but for 34 bucks it’s worth a shot, I hope this help others, they are nice too but most importantly I think this will help with balance and proper form, for reference I will be wearing these at the gym doing functional training Update: these are phenomenal weight training shoes I know they ain’t Nikes but they have been so good to me, im a couple months they broke in and are even better than new, you got break em in and they have helped so much weight training highly recommend!!! Not to worn when fleeing commitment
These shoes are not designed for running, jumping, or fleeing from commitment. No, instead they are designed for one glorious purpose: to anchor you to the floor of this planet, so you can move heavy weight. Some would say they scream 'I want to lift heavy things, no cardio thanks!" But I can attest to their use while I was on the exercise bike, as I wear mine when riding. When my elderly mother asked me why they were so bright I replied "so if you come to the gym and I am riding the bike, or lifting. You can see me better and stay out of my way." This was very straightforward like her, so I would say these are mother approved! I find during lifts my feet do not slip, the toe box is very generous, and I feel my bright yellow ones just ooze style, and versatility. Am I wearing them to they symphony??? Maybe! A great value for the money if you need a pair of flat lifting shoes. I have also squatted in these, and they were fine for me. I also squat barefoot or in those sticky yoga socks from time to time so ymmv.

Durable and lightweight, grips the floor well and gives you better three-point foot contact.
Great shoes, very comfortable. They bend well and give me toes a lot of room to spread so I get the three-point foot contact. I got a size too big (9.5US women's), and I need to return them to get a slightly smaller size (8.5-9US women's). How do I do that? Amazon, or the seller please help me get a smaller size, I've never returned anything online before

Highly recommend!
If you're serious about your weight lifting and good body mechanics, you need to give these a serious look. I've been using these for a while now and I will never go back to my regular shoes. I love that these shoes are simple, easy to wear, and fit well to my feet. Normally for deadlifts, RDLs, and hacksquats, I like to take my shoes off, but my socks are slippery. These shoes are just like wearing socks but have that grip I need to feel secure during my lifts. Plus, now I don't have to take my shoes off and on during my workouts (minor inconvenience, but still... It's one less thing I have to do now). One other thing I noticed is it's easier for me to feel my feet against the ground- this keeps me honest with proper form. To me, wearing running shoes with the cushioning prevented me from really being able to tell whether I was pushing more against my forefoot or if it was equally balanced--- with these shoes, it's VERY easy to tell in real time whether I am pushing with my feet correctly. I guess you could say these "ground me." You can choose to wear these with socks or without. It is comfortable both ways. The shoes are breathable. Love them. Will share with others who are also getting into powerlifting and bodybuilding.

Very loose at the heel
Generally comfortable, but very loose at the heel. Velcro closures are difficult to use. Returning these after wearing them a bit less than one day.

Perfect for what I purchased them for
Great shoes for deadlifting/squatting. Exactly what I was looking for and at a reasonable price too! Does the job and true to size.

Really don’t understand the good reviews. Really bad quality and like a beach shoe not something sturdy to do weights in. Brought but sent back.

Me han gustado. Parecen poco resistentes y que se pueden despegar facilmente pero han aguantado bastante bien a pesar de que les he dado buen uso en 2 meses y medio. Vamos a ver cuanto mas aguantan

After reading other conflicting reviews I was nervous about sizing. I measured my feet and used the size chart, they fit perfectly. I would personally ignore your normal shoe size and go solely based on the chart. My feet are usually a women's 7ish and I got a 7.5. If I had listened to reviews saying to size an entire size up they would have been significantly too loose. These feel sturdy but are incredibly light and have a lot of grip. They're a bit like water shoes/practice dance shoes with more support and flatter, thicker soles. The yellow colour is just as vibrant as the image. Very happy with this purchase.
