washing machine/dryer safe?

I have never put them in the washer or dryer.. I hand wash and line dry.. I don't think the washer would do any harm, but I am worried that the dryer will harm the elastic material in them.. I could be wrong but better safe then losing them.. Hope this helps..

I was told by a MMA fighter that these wraps were children's wraps. Is this true?

I'm 6'2" with large hands and the 180" length is perfect for me. Some girls use 108" wraps, i guess some children could use that size too. So this is not a childrens size.

Can they also be used for boxing?

Yes they can. I box and they are VERY comfortable. Just make sure you get the right length for your size & weight. (If you can't decide, go with the 180 length).

Any videos on how to wrap your hands with these? Thanks.

Look up Kwonkicker Micah Brock on youtube. Has an overlong but detailed wrap video in the archive of tutorials. With practice only takes a few seconds.
