Does what you expect, with lots of ports
Does a perfect job of exactly what it's supposed to do. Powered hub, so you can power attached accessories without drawing power from your computer's USB port. Which is better for your computer if you have power-draining accessories (like a usb-powered scanner, portable monitors, or you're charging phones and tablets).

Great hub!
I’m very pleased with the versatility and performance of this powerful hub. I have a hungry external drive that pulled too much juice thru a traditional type usb hub. This caused power issues. By adding a hub like this one, it now runs smooth and fast. Nice individual light up on/off switches on each port for easy disconnects. Nice variety of ports too. They offer tons of connectivity options. I cleaned up my cable mess quickly as this product easily handled my needs. I won’t mess with cheap usb hubs again. Powered is the way to go. I have so much more room and it works very well. I would definitely purchase this again.

Mounted usb hubs are the way
I wanted to get the updated model but it wasn’t wall mountable. This mounts on my pegboard and meets all my needs.

Not worth it but reevaluating.
Stopped working after 60 days. 30 day return of course. Power plug sparking when you disconnect it from bank.Edit: seller replied quickly and issued a refund. I will see if the next one I ordered works correctly.

Worked intermittently and then killed my laptop
Didn't work. My Dell laptop running Windows 11 with not recognize the USB hub. After fiddling with it suddenly it started to recognize it and started working and within a minute my laptop died. I had to open the laptop up and disconnect the battery and reconnect it to get it to work. And yes I rebooted everything over and over again to no avail. Are you now returned this item for a refund.
