Reliable laptop and vendor
Over the past few months, I have bought at least 13 of these laptops for our sales reps and new hires. The have all loved their new laptops and have had no issues. Shipping was fast and packaging was secure. Very happy with this laptop and vendor (Issaquah Highlands Tech) and will continue to purchase. Great laptop for the price and quality.

User friendly, quick and great military quality
Great computer just would of liked a new user guide, handbook, or some kind of directory. It was pretty self explanatory, I just took my time.

No Warranty on my new laptop?
Arrived in good condition, build went well and installation of applications. My biggest concern is the Warranty had expired.

Junk Laptop
Product is 3 months to me but evidently the manufacturer warranty has already run out and now it doesn't work. Tried calling multiple times with no results. Going legal on their butts now.

Lenovo V15: Perfect for Your Desk, Very Suspicious About Your Battery
The Lenovo V15 is a solid, budget‑friendly laptop that packs plenty of “on‑paper” goodness: a decent 15‑inch screen, a respectable processor for everyday work, and enough ports to make a docking‑station‑hump feel like a real productivity upgrade. It’s especially nice if you like things like a numeric keypad, Windows 11 Pro, and enough RAM for heavy multitasking—all wrapped in a no‑nonsense business‑laptop shell. Two very specific “features” to know about 1. Docking or deadlock One small catch: make sure you buy the correct Lenovo docking station—preferably a ThinkPad‑branded one that actually likes this particular V15. In my case, two cheaper docks later, neither could coax a single pixel onto the external monitor; the laptop thought it was giving a presentation, but the screen thought it was on vacation. Only after switching to a proper ThinkPad dock did the video finally show up, which is great if you already own one, and very annoying if you don’t. 2. Portable… if you live near an outlet The second “feature” is that when unplugged, the battery lasts about 90 minutes under normal use, which is heroic only in the sense that it’s brave enough to call itself a “laptop.” Official specs may claim several hours of battery, but in real‑world office or browsing scenarios several users report far shorter life, especially once the battery ages. At that point, “portable working from the couch” turns into “desperately eyeing the nearest power strip.” Verdict: great for the desk, awkward for the road If you mostly use it at a desk, paired with the right dock and a steady power connection, the Lenovo V15 is a competent, no‑frills machine that won’t break the bank. But if you’re relying on true unplugged mobility, treat its battery more like a plot twist than a selling point—you’ll either need a very short meeting, or a very long power cord.
