I was very hyped, when ordering this chair, it was really good when it came, though year latter noticed the seat leather starting to crack, you can check other reviews with pictures, on US amazon and other colours of this chair, for pictures. It is sad that the expectations were so high while in reality this chair being another rip off.

I have had mine for little over 1 year now, it was initially comfortable but after spending more then 3 hours in it I wind up with back ache . The seat base is very hard and my bum cheeks ache because of this. The gas cylinder has failed already so now I am sitting to low on top of the other problems. The chair seemed to be good quality at first, was easy to assemble with clear instructions. The left arm has always felt quite loose and has more slack then the right side. The seat creaks, clunks and clatters when I move which is annoying and the padding did not remain comfortable for very long. Given the price of these, I am extremely disappointed in the product. If you are young then this chair will probably suit but if you need comfort and ergonomic support I suggest looking elsewhere. If you care about your spine then avoid

There was a small tear at the very bottom of the backrest. It's not noticeable once the chair is assembled as it is pressed against the seat, but a little frustrating. Another thing is the plastic covers that hide the screws and lever for the backrest. the screws are too short, and the plastic doesn't fit nicely with the seat. I did read that was an issue in a review before purchasing the chair, but I was expecting them to make changes (maybe I just got one of the earlier models?) About the size of the chair, if you are over 6 feet, or have very broad shoulders, you probably won't fit in this chair. The "wings" where the shoulders are are perfect for me at 5'11". Same with the pillow. It fits perfectly behind my neck and without it, my head reaches about height of the chair. I do found that the lumbar pillow is a bit too big for me and can be uncomfortable. It might be that I just have pad posture, and need to get used to sitting with it Everything else about the chair is fine so far. but its only been a single day with the chair so no other issues yet. I did point out more of its flaws mainly so people are aware. This is a newer product on the market (at least in the US) and i'm sure the quality will improve later on. I took a slight risk with this purchase compared to the more well known DxRacers, but I've over all pleased so far.

Es una muy buena silla. Muy comoda, facil de montar. El unico defecto es que los brazos al ser de aleacion se rompen facilmente. No he encontrado manera de conseguir recambios.

Estuve durante meses encantado con la silla, hasta que la barra del gas falló. El equipo de asistencia de Amazón me recogió y reembolsó el dinero. El asiento y el respaldo son magníficos, estuve muy a gusto con ella. Las ruedas y chasis también está muy bien. Es sólida y pesada. No me parecieron tan bueno los reposabrazos ni los cojines supletorios.

Très bon fauteuil dans sa catégorie milieu de gamme. Si vous voulez pas vous ruinez dans des fauteuils à 600 boules mais que vous voulez pas non plus un fauteuil IKEA à 50 boules qui tiens 6 mois, ceci est un bon rapport qualité/prix. En plus vertagear possède leurs propre usine de montage avec un contrôle de la qualité des pièces et si vous en avez une défectueuse, ils vous en renvoie une neuve facilement.
