Bought this product on Nov 2023 since then till today May 2025 no issues faced, memory foam work the same way when it was bought, it's been great help for me for my neck pain. It also helps gym goers who are having neck strains due to trap or other related exercises.

Best Option for pain in Neck
I’ve been dealing with neck stiffness for months and decided to give the MY ARMOR Cool Gel Cervical Pillow a try — and I’m so glad I did. The contour design really cradles my neck and keeps my spine aligned whether I’m sleeping on my back or side. The memory foam is supportive without feeling too hard, and the cool gel layer actually keeps the pillow from getting hot during the night, which is a big plus in our weather. Misguiding people by saying this is good for people with cervical
It should not be used for cervical. No relief in cervical pain. Instead it started giving me headache and sleepless nights.

It was a worthy purchase. Initially, I had two concerns: the size of the pillow and the level of comfort it would provide. After two days of use, I can confidently say that although it looks very compact, it offers more than enough support and comfort. For someone who isn’t used to memory foam pillows, I’d suggest giving the product at least three days so the body can adjust. The design is well thought out, the included cover is of good quality, and the shape retention is impressive. I didn’t buy this product specifically for pain relief, but after using it, my neck feels better than before. Overall, it’s a value for money purchase.

The pillow quality is worse. The memory foam is too hard and doesn’t serve the purpose. Too expensive for worse quality. Not recommended
