The Most pathetic and horrible product to buy. Entire service team in UAE is inefficient and are not fit for the role. Zero client centric or service mindset, the entire installation or service team does not respond to you even if you break your head. It’s been almost 10 days I bought this product but till now the installation issues are not fixed. To install the product they took 5 days and after installation the product started making weird noise. Despite repeatedly calling the installation team, their managers in Dubai there has been absolutely no response or resolution. Now since the product is open I cannot return it and am stuck with this defective product with such horrible team who do not pay heed to customers issue. DO NOT BUY LIVPURE PRODUCT IN DUBAI. ENTIRE LIVPURE SERVICE TEAM IS JUST INEFFICIENT

Nice Product & Brand choosen my family. Easy to use. This is worth it in my range. It is a compact of all the filters which i want and the filtration of water is great. Service of Installation is also good.

A decent, base model product.
Decent Waterpurifier. Filters the hard water pretty smoothly and makes the water drinkable. Doesn't leave any metallic taste in the mouth. Doesn't have any odor. It is easy to use as you just have to plug it in and the filteration process begins. The size is also decent (neither too big nor too small). The filter needs a replacement every 1.5-2 years. It's easy to maintain. However, the cap on the tap is made of cheap plastic so one has to use it carefully otherwise it would break easily. Also, the wire that connects the plug to the socket is very short so you might have to invest in an additional connector if the switchboard is not close to where you intend to install your waterpurifier. It has the capacity of 7 litres. Good for a small family but for a big family one needs to look into purifiers with larger water holding capacity. Overall it is a decent, stable product that gives you safe, drinkable, filtered water. If you are looking for a basic product, go for this one.
