Such a great deal for these bannetons! They are a great size for normal/smallish sourdough loaves, and seem sturdy and functional for all of my sourdough needs.

If the title sounds like you, or if you are just beginning... this product and bundle is a great purchase. You have all the things you would want when starting out, and I love the sizes and different shapes of these bannetons. The dough doesn't stick to the fabric when well-floured. It is easy to clean, use, and the scoring tool comes with extra blades to ensure a clean score. Quality is great for all the pieces, and I am glad I purchased.

I like the option of making a round load or a breakdown loaf. The material is a little loose and the weave isn't as tight but it works fine for proofing the bread with no issues. All the other accessories are nice too and now I can make pretty designs in my bread!

Generally a great bargain. However, the liners included are too thick to allow the dough to take on the traditional spiral pattern and the rubber liner of my jar came off. Otherwise, the tools etc are of good quality.

It's a complete set needed for bread making with two different shape proofing baskets. Water, dough, salt and starter, plus enough time and patience. See the pictures, they speak for themselves.

I found this kit to be well worth the money. My basket had a few splinters but they were on the outside of the basket. No biggy.
