Our beloved pup has a heart condition that requires medication twice a day - two types of pills and a custom-made liquid that he takes by mouth through a little syringe. The two pill bottles and the bottle of liquid were just sitting on our table, sometimes getting knocked over, sometimes falling off the table, sometimes catching too much sun (especially the non-refrigerated liquid) and just generally annoying to look at. I purchased this fantastic little box and it is the perfect size to neatly hold his 2 pill bottles, his bottle of liquid, his syringes and even a little baggie of his treats (his reward for taking his medicines). The box is made of a thinnish but sturdy wood, it's made well, and I love how it looks! The deep red stained wood with the metallic-looking scrolled decorative inserts reminds me of both a proper Victorian train travel case and a small pirate's treasure chest. It has an old-fashioned little metal closure that keeps everything safely inside and that adds to the charm of the box. I would easily purchase this again.

I ordered the medium size and i have to say with regret that i should have ordered the large size. I have to still give this a 5 star review because the product is a high quality product and its pretty cool. However just so you know , the medium size can basically only fit a soda pop can in it sideways. I would have utilized this box for something cooler as a display if it could hold more in it. Great box, cool design, well made, i love it, but i bought the wrong size whoops. You dont really know until you have it in person. Awesome product, now you know how big it is. I love that its sturdy and strong. It doesn't feel frail and i love that it feels durable. Cool box!

I so loved the look of this "treasure chest" and couldn't help myself from purchasing it. I use it for my many small packets of flavored loose tea. They fit in there very nicely and look good on my kitchen counter. I could see me using it for other things, but it functions quite well for what I purchased it for. Thought it was a good value for the size, shape and sturdiness of this item. Love it!

I am not sure what material this is made from but it’s very “spongy” - kind of like the feel of soggy wood. It’s a cute little treasure box for a child. My granddaughter likes the handle and cool swing hook closure. I know it is not going to last for long. It’s ok for the price as long as you don’t expect it to last for too long.

Received item in good condition in a reasonable amount of time. Bought this as a gift. Pretty ornate. Seems to be constructed pretty well. Was just the right size for what I included inside
