Good taste, works well
Kids love the flavor and they really help when they need a little help getting relaxed to sleep. No hangover, wake up refreshed. Works fairly quickly too

The taste is great. My daughter loves them and they help her wind down and go to sleep at night. I give them to her 30 minutes prior to bedtime and by bedtime she is ready to rest and enjoy her sleep.
