Wow! What a great product! We really like it! And very friendly and wonderful customer service. Our contact was Ahmet who reviewed the order and the customization. He accommodated a last minute change on the order and did exactly what we wanted. The only regret I had was I should have ordered one more soft pillow. We thought we didn’t have room but now that the set is here, we do have enough room for the pillow. I’ll reach out to him to see if he can still send one. Overall this purchase was a really great experience and the Arabic sofa was exactly as promised online and also delivered on time. So far we are very happy with the purchase. Would definitely highly recommend! If you are looking for Arabic of Turkish sofas - do yourself a favor and get one of these sofas - you will love it!

I like this product very much. The colors are true to the pictures (I bought the blue set). The fabric is durable. The quality of sewing is great. I would give it 5 stars for the product itself but it was a little mishap - I got 2 floor sitting pillows instead of 3. But I got 2 'hippie' shoulder bags (as a bonus?) which I have no use for. I contacted a seller two months ago and s/he was prompt on replying to my email and promising to send me the missing pillow. It's been over 2 months already and I still didn't get it. I understand it may be coming from overseas but it this point it doesn't look like I'm getting it. But hopefully if you buy this product it won't happen to you. The set is gorgeous!

Firm. Good quality. Came in well packed compressed boxes. Looks great! Great customer service - I bought one full set and one small set, it was missing an end pillow. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me one.
