The product broken and not as expected quality
I received the bag without Amazon's protective packaging, and the zipper on the left side pocket was missing, while the main durable top zipper was broken. The USB charger port is also broken, so I cannot use it at all, and the quality of the bag is not as expected.

Very Disappointed – Zip Came Off on First Use
I bought this backpack a few months ago but only started using it yesterday. When I opened one side of the bag, the zip came off completely, broken. I checked the other side, and the same thing happened — that zip also broke right away. I’m really disappointed because I expected better quality. I didn’t even get one proper use out of it.
