Does this work with "Now" fibre broadband?

It is not a modem so you will need to connect to you existing modem with an ethernet cable. Mine works fine with my fibre-optic modem

Can it form a mesh connection to Tenda MW12s ?

Unfortunately, RX12PRO only supports mesh system with MX12 MX15, MW6 and MW12 （Wifi5 series）not applicable
