I got the soft one. It is perfect for my neck. The pillow adds the extra support to the neck. Whenever I lay in the bed to watch television, I propped the pillow under my neck.

Soft with a firmer core. After using this for a week, I would not want anything firmer under my neck. It actually works when I use it under my shoulder as well.👍

$17 for about $2 worth of hard foam. I was hoping to find something to support my neck. I’ve had a fusion but all of the discs in my neck are bulging and the right pillow would be helpful. I thought this would be small enough and I ordered the soft. It’s too big around and it is not soft. Gotta go back. I’ll keep looking.

This neck/head pillow is exactly what I needed to support my neck and head, in my massage chair. It prevents my neck from over-extending. The length is just right, and isn't too long. The foam is firm, to provide great solid support, but not hard, so it will contour around your neck and head somewhat. The cover is a navy blue velour material, which is soft and will not show stains easily. I was hoping to find one in a beige color, but this one will work just fine. The best part was the excellent price, which is quite a bargain. Also, the shipping was extremely fast for this. I highly recommend this pillow for home or travel use...

Good product and soft to the touch cover, however the neck roll is not very giving, would have preferred something with a little more give so I didn't wake up with a headache. Will be great however for lumbar support, only reason I'm not returning.

It's a great idea but the roll is much to big to use in a lazy boy chair. My husband suffers with neck problems and was looking for something that would help but sadly this didn't help. Guess we needed something between this and the smaller one.

Smaller than I thought. Wanted as a decoration pillow for the bed but that didn’t work. But I found it useful for my sore arm while I sleep at night.

Comfortable, good size to carry in my gym bag for fitness class, has no scent and is sturdy enough to support my neck during mat exercises. The cover's inner seams, especially right along the zipper, are narrow and unfinished and probably won't last long, and could have been reinforced and made a little sturdier.
