Soy sauce 150ml to be applied to the Teraoka organic brewing Teraoka house egg

Delicious!

This is not your usual everyday use soy sauce, and it should not be used that way. This is specially formulated for TKG (tamagokake gohan) - raw egg over rice, the breakfast of true champions! Yes, it's a little sweet and it's not as concentrated as regular soy sauce, but pour some on top of your TKG, stir it around, and the egg, rice and soy sauce harmonize into a greater whole than the sum of each part. Breakfast bliss. I've tried a few other tamago soy sauces, but none come close to the perfection of Teraoka. I just can't do TKG without it.

I love this soy sauce to make my tamago kake gohan. It’s so hard to get it in usa and I am happy that I found this in amazon...but also sad that it’s so much more expensive than its original price ;( (It costs around $4 in Japan or Korea...) Besides that, it’s great soy sauce for egg on rice!

This stuff is amazing. So much flavor in such a small bottle. I've used it on quite a few things, including eggs, rice, congee, chicken and even sushi (I know any Japanese sushi chefs reading this just had coronaries) and it adds a ton of umami and a nice, complex soy flavor. It takes a while to ship to the States, but it's well worth it if you like soy sauce based condiments.

If you like e(gg bowl then I really recommend this item. This sauce reminds me of korean dish, (Gan-jang-gae-jang) marinated crab. So good!

他社の商品も試しましたが寺岡さんのお醤油が適度に甘口で深い味わいと思います。 もう数年間愛用させていただいています。

この商品を初めて知ったのは、ある店の粗品としての頂き物でした。 いろいろな調理に使ったら、とても美味しいので、それ以来買っています。 アマゾンで買うと、この瓶入りと大きな瓶入りがあるので、助かっています。
