How closely does this keyboard feel to the 1995 Natural Keyboard? Im looking to move on from it but nothing has come close to it in my 23 yr career

I have both - I still use my 1995 Natural Keyboard daily, and have a well-worn 4000 at work. If you can find a 4000 in decent shape, it is probably the closest to the 1995 keyboard. This one is a "cheap" cut-down version of the 4000.

What's the difference between this and the not-for-business version?

On a 1-10 scale, I'd give it a 4. Weirdest complaint, the keys are "loud." No stand at the back of the keyboard to raise the board to a comfortable height, angle. So, kind of an "Eh" feeling about it.

why is the photo wrong on the web page?

The photo is slightly incorrect. The wave is not as pronounce as it is in the picture. The wave is actually almost unnoticeable when using the keyboard. Someone just took a bad photo.

does this item adjust/raise from the back

No. I tried one of those wrist rests, under the back, but the one I had was not as long as the keyboard. I an thinking of making a fleece rice bag, just a bit longer than the keyboard to lift the back up. But I am also looking at a new keyboard.
