Purchased last year but after using it for 9 months, found the wire attachment is getting loose and asked for the replacement. Received the replacement also. The product is really good and transfer spped is very high and charges phone very quickly

Didn't even work for a full complete year, one side does not insert anymore. When I checked, there is no warranty as well. Guess there's a reason why they don't provide warranty with this cheap cable.

Cable is worth the money it performs well and didn't get tangle and don't get ripped

My cable malfunctioned just before the warranty was set to expire. Upon filing a claim, the company immediately issued a replacement. The new unit is functioning perfectly.
