I recently purchased this product, and I have to say I'm extremely disappointed with my purchase. I'm giving it a 0 star review because the product I received did not match the description at all.The item's description clearly mentioned that the package would include 4 Piece Set of Tool (Funnel, Straw, Dispensing Head, Straight Pump). However, what I received was only the three perfume atomizer bottles and none of the essential tools mentioned.I was looking forward to having the complete set with the funnel, straw, dispensing head, and straight pump to make the refilling process easier and more convenient. Not receiving these tools was a huge letdown. It's frustrating that the product description was misleading, and I did not receive what I paid for.The quality of these perfume atomizer bottles is very poor, and they are severely overpriced. To make matters worse, later I found the same items available at local discount stores like "Day to Day" for a fraction of the price, ranging between AED 5.00 to 7.00 at most.This lack of transparency, the missing tools, and the exorbitant price point have left me highly dissatisfied with my purchase. I wouldn't recommend this product to others as it doesn't live up to the promises made in the description, and it's readily available at a much lower cost locally. If you're looking for refillable perfume atomizer bottles with the complete set of tools and better quality, I suggest looking elsewhere.
