I just started taking this supplement and so far no negative effects. I’ve noticed more energy and feel less brain fog! It’s supposed to help with age-associated weight gain so we will see if this makes a difference since I am experiencing that very thing since being in my 40s!

I've been taking different forms of NAD including the IM injection for a couple years now and I have found this particular product utilizing nicotinamide riboside, an NAD precursor, to be one of the better options. I definitely feel better and more energized after taking these a couple weeks. This brand includes a couple extra ingredients that the competition does not, including quercetin and betaine anhydrous, which helps to make it more effective. My second order of this did not work nearly as well as the first which makes me question quality control.
