Good Value for money
Have not yet worn this as I am dressing it up with flowers and feathers for a carnival costume, and needed a white hat. Good sturdy hat, which ought to hold its shape well. Of the 3 press-studs holding the sides up, only 2 actually worked, but that is okay for what I wanted. Not a perfect fit, but only one size available and should be okay over the wig. .

Good quality and versatile hat
I originally got this for the 18th century look, but found that by unpressing the studs that attach the the three sides of the hat to the crown it would serve for pirates too. Good quality for the price. It's a a bit big for my head, but I use a thickish cycling skull cap and this gives a secure fit unobtrusively.

Very sturdy
I bought this hat based on reviews here and because I needed one quickly therefore didn’t have much choice. I have to say it is very sturdy and should last a long time, even for a pirate! The hat brim is secured by press studs and from what I’ve read some folk had issues with them, my hat was fine and the press studs did stay in place for me. My only issue was the head size and depth of the hat, I have a small head and found the hat quite large on me but not very deep considering it’s size. Luckily I wore my dreadlocks so those helped make my head larger for the hat to sit on, and I have to say it did stay put for the night. I found the hat quite plain as it was so I added a feather trim that I had from another event.

Cracking hat for the Money
After reading some of the reviews I thought I had made a blunder and didn't expect much but how wrong I was. I think this is brilliant bang for your buck quality wise. I don't have an issue with the poppers like some have mentioned but would think a wee bit of glue to hold the poppers would work if there was a problem. Not flimsy at all looks the part and for the money I don't think you can beat it.
