Pleasure to read
It’s a beautiful book, well written, less focused on recipes and more on the life styles of each geography described. And highlighting how a longevity lifestyle (aka a healthy, and also mentally joyful) can be implemented on a large scale across communities with measurable benefits.

Ho acquistato questo libro dopo aver visto la serie su Netflix e, nonostante alcune ripetizioni, devo dire che mi ha completamente conquistato, soprattutto per le ricette incluse. Dan si rivela un narratore eccezionale; ogni sua creazione trasuda qualità. La capacità di Dan di intrecciare storie avvincenti con suggerimenti pratici e ricette innovative rende la lettura non solo piacevole ma anche utile. È raro trovare un libro che, pur seguendo il filone di un adattamento televisivo, riesca a mantenere un livello di interesse e coinvolgimento così alto.

La verdad que me parece muy comercial. Muchas fotos. Informacion que se encuentra en el Instagra, del autor... en fin, es bonito tenerlo so te gusta guardar libros.

Possibly the only healthy living book I'll ever need - very impressed
I bought this book in a bid to improve my lifestyle and diet moving into 2026 and am really impressed with it. For a start, it's a beautiful book, filled with lovely photography from around the world but, more importantly, contains just the right balance of narrative and well- researched facts. Each Blue Zone covered contains a useful list of lessons learned to implement, top longevity foods plus an easy adaptable recipe but it's not a recipe book as such. If you want more recipes there are recipe books written by the author or check out his website for lots of freely available ones. This is a great healthy living book which I would recommend to anyone aiming for quality of life into old age.
