I started drinking caffenated electrolytes to help me power through my workouts but wanted to find an alternative so as not to disrupt my sleep. I picked this brand specifically for its high reviews, no caffeine and not being overly sweet. It's a game changer! I sip it through my intense workouts and I find that i recover much faster in between sets. Tastes fine. Does an excellent job!

I love these amino acid electrolytes! The company makes good quality products and I like the flavor! I find I have more energy in a day when I use this particular product. It's easy to use and comes with a little measuring scoop. They're pricey but well worth the cost in my opinion. I like cleaner products which is why I chose this one! I do sometimes get a belly rumble or slight upset stomach if I do too much on an empty stomach.

From the specification it seems to be a good product. The flavor is too strong for my personal taste. I can’t recommend because it gives me acne. The day after using it, a couple of nasty pimples appear. After 4 “test”, pimples reliably appear. I had to throw it away.
