Heavy duty? YES!!
Heavy duty and works well. I bought it to harvest potatoes. This is very good for turning over the garden and displaces earth easily.

Gets the Job Done
I haven't needed a pitchfork until recently. This one was perfect for the job of removing a pile of unused sod. I could have used a shovel, but it would have been twice the work. This let me clean it up in short order. The fork isn't too heavy but is very solid and sturdy. I'd recommend it to anyone in need of a pitchfork.

Incredible pitchfork!
I waited six months or so to write this review. I’m pretty tough on a pitchfork. I want it to sit in the compost pile outside most of the year. This one is beautifully covered in epoxy so it won’t rust. The handholds are smooth and doesn’t have rough edges like a lot of them that tear up your hands on the rivets if you use them without gloves. Excellent!

Try it for yourself
It is spring again. My fork works great and is ready for more work. Fits right inside the palm for a firm grip, lightweight and easy to use. As a wanna be farmer I would recommend

Save your money
This is a second rate piece of junk. The handle loosened from the fork after very little use. I separated the fork from the handle. You can see why it came loose . The tang that inserts into the handle is barely 3” long. Simple physics will tell you that the 4 forks each 10” long will need a long sturdy tang to resist that leverage.

Not well made
I thought I was getting a high end fork. Where the fork goes into the handle it’s loose and bends..I’ll have to make a modification to it securing it better to the handle. So much for buying a better one
