This was DELICIOUS! I was happy to jump on this trend and finally try this food. Bad news for me is that I am far too weak to accomplish the cooking of this alone because it is a lot of stirring; but with a partner this can be accomplished!

I never regret buying this brand, it’s always like the real fufu.

Not good. Did not taste authentic to me. Was very hard to work with and clumped together several times. Even tried sifting it and it still did not work. Was sticky like glue. Also the taste is not like plantain at all. Taste like cassava which I do not like and I think that and potato starch are in the ingredients. Will continue to make my own “fufu” with mashed potato flour / flakes. Very disappointing waste of money.

It doesn't mix well. IDK why it is so different from other plantain fufu, but it also has a weird aftertaste to me.
