Terrible quality
Horrible quality. The wood is cheap quality and ruined the surface it was resting on. The heat from the incense cone fused the metal holder to the wood and now it cannot be removed. Do not buy.

As soon as I opened up the item, the lid snapped off really easily without any pressure applied Tried to speak to Amazon customer services where their only solution is to return for a refund and unable to send a replacement Have got a contact number from seller, however not an English number so unable to contact
