The product has an issue with charging. We hardly use this machine and it waste of our money as it doesn’t charge. It’s so expensive and we don’t know how to fix it now. Or if the seller can get in touch with me to solve this issue.

Stopped working after few months of use

have been using a lot of massage guns. Great massager gun. Hot & cold head - really give it an edge - to relax muscle or treat sore muscles better.

I didn't expect this purchase would last but after 2 years the battery still holds charge and rarely needs recharging and the motor still works like when it was new. The rubber on the handle still feels good and hasn't become sticky or cracked as may occur with cheaper brands. The massage gun works well at all speeds and has been better than expected for loosening stress and relieving muscular pain. I use it while stretching or when I have back pain and I find it helps loosen stiff joints and relieve muscular and nerve tension. You should be careful when massaging close to hard bone or upper spine as it is not recommended to do so in the manual. You will also soon learn not to when the massage head clatters on any bony party of your body! Charging is also easy given the usb c connection on the bottom of the handle. I appreciate the carry case which keeps everything tidy and the ease of use. Even though it has 5 attachment heads I usually only use 3 of them and the hard u shaped one is only really useful if a partner can massage your back for you, but they all feel different and affect the muscles differently. Also too is the range of speeds. While some massage guns have finer control, I find the limited number of steps is all I need. One thing to note is that the hard plastic heads could potentially be used with oil but it may be better to purchase a metal head separately. I use the massager dry on skin or even over clothes and haven't found the need for oil as the movement of the device means it does not usually drag or get stuck anywhere while in use. Given the price and quality (especially if you can get one during a sale), I would happily recommend this brand and models if you are a first time buyer.

Eines vorweg: ich habe mir die Dinger, warum auch immer, lauter und unpraktischer (unhandlicher) vorgestellt. Hatte dann aber das "Vergnügen" genau dieses Modell (RENPHO Thermacool Massagepistole Massage Gun mit Hitze Kälte Function) privat kurz testen zu können. Danach viel mir die Kaufentscheidung (wegen Schulterproblemen) für genau das getestete Modell recht leicht. Zu dem Zeitpunkt meines Kaufs gab einen Coupon zur Preisreduzierung und runtergesetzt war der Artikel auch. Also ab dafür, worauf noch warten... Die Massagepistole ist für meinen Geschmack angenehm leicht und entsprechend mit einer Hand locker bedienbar. Sie ist so leise, daß man bequem, auch ohne Lautstärkeerhöhung Fernsehen kann, während man z.B. die Schulter behandelt. Das Gerät selbst macht einen wertigen Eindruck, ist leicht zu bedienen (an/aus, Intensität regeln) und liegt gut in der Hand. Den warm/kalt-Kopf habe ich nur kurz getestet, funktioniert, wurde aber bisher von mir noch nicht wirklich angewendet. Mir persönlich gefällt der Flat Head am besten, die andern Aufsätze haben aber auch ihre Berechtigung. Der Lieferumfang kann grundsätzlich den Artikelbildern entnommen werden. Es gibt einen kleinen praktischen Aufbewahrungskoffer in dem das Gerät mit allen Aufsätzen, dem beiliegenden Ladekabel und Anleitung bequem untergebracht und aufbewahrt, bzw. transportiert werden kann. So eine Massagepistole kann sicherlich keinen Physiotherapeuten ersetzen, das sollte jedem klar sein Aber sportbedingte Muskelschmerzen etc. lassen sich damit gut selbst behandeln. Angenehmer "Nebeneffekt", wenn man so ein Ding erst mal hat, kann man es auch für kleine "Wehwehchen" benutzen, bei denen man es vorher nicht vermißt hat! Nach einem ausgiebigen Spaziergang mal kurz über die Waden gebrummt, um nur ein Beispiel zu nennen. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell, der Preis war super - ich bin (bisher) komplett zufrieden, daher eine klare Kaufempfehlung von mir.
