I usually wear a size L, and it fit well with some room to move. It was easy to use, very comfortable, and looks exactly like the picture. The quality is good, and the headpiece was not heavy. Review: IF U HAVE OCD GET SOMETHING WITHOUT TENTACLES - The costume itself is good and intricate, it’s the full costume in the pictures with pants, dress, built in gloves and headband with adjustable snakes. Issues I had: -I’m 5’1” and the pants were at least 5” too long which normally wouldn’t matter but because of the tentacles I couldn’t walk. So I had to hem them. -with the hem, they constantly fall down bringing the tentacles under my feet, so I had to make-shift some suspenders to try and keep them up -tentacles were not all the way full so they curled under (also kept me from being able to walk) so I had to cut a slit and stuff them with more teddy bear stuffing.
