If this is a non- folding knife, why do some of the reviews say that it is a folding one?

It appears the listing has been altered recently. I purchased "this" knife at the beginning of 2018, and the listing appeared the remain the same up until at least a few months ago. To be clear, the knife I bought (a folding knife) is the same as that which appears in this review: https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/RT2BUARRYD8WV/ref=cm_cr_dp_d_rvw_ttl. At some point recently, the knife listing seems to have been changed to a fixed blade knife. The pictures and the description have certainly changed from what they were when I bought the knife. So unless the review is VERY recent, I would consider it to be a review for a different knife. This is really an oversight on the company's part, but unfortunately there isn't really anything we can do about it.

Is this legal to own in New Jersey?

It's legal to own any length of knife or knives, anywhere in the US or the world, however if you'll be allowed to carry them everyday, is a different question, every State has different rules and regulation when it comes to carrying something that can be considered as weapon, it would be better to checked with your local authorities.

Does the product contain any lead?

From what I can see and understand it probably does not. I would go to the manufacturer website to be sure and for better answers. It is a nice knife though and I feel safe from lead. But I am not avoiding lead. Good luck.

Can i purchase another carrying case for this knife ?

Beautiful knofe

I was surprised at how beautiful the knife really is how big and heavy it is. It is not a pocket knife. It’s a legitimately, utilitarian knife that can be used for a number of things. I got this for my father and inscribed his his name on it and it’s beautifully done. I highly recommend this product.

The engraving is top notch, the knife itself is extremely sharp but takes a bit of effort opening (nothing a shot of wd-40 couldn't handle). Shipping was fast, arrived ahead of schedule. Over all a really great buy. Perfect as a gift.
