Product worked great, had all pieces and parts required for the job. Could have used instructions, but I was able to search and find it on YouTube.

Great replacement kit
Water pump kit fits perfectly on my 200hp mercury outboard 2000 model. Excellent quality matching the OEM part I replaced from wear & tear. There where however extra gaskets & O-rings that go nowhere on my outboard
