Benefits of Semaine Pre+Probiotics
I have dealt with IBS symptoms for as long as I can remember. Perimenopause along with a stressful job made my symptoms even worse. This product was an absolute game changer for me. I feel like in my situation that the ginger is what made a huge difference. I ORDERED THIS AFTER HAVING SUCCESS WITH THEIR UTI CLEANSE PRODUCT. I HAVE IBSD AND THIS HAS REALLY MADE A DIFFERENCE IN MY DAILY LIFE . I DID NOT BELIEVE IT WOULD MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE BUT IT HAS. I HAVE PREVIOUSLY HAD TO GIVE UP SO MANY FOODS I ENJOY IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE AFTER EATING. AFTER BEING ON THIS PRODUCT I HAVE HAD VERY LITTLE CRAMPING AND FEW SPELLS OF DIARRHEA. I AM SO HAPPY TO HAVE SOME RELIEF AFTER ALL THESE YEARS OF PAIN AND NOT BEING ABLE TO GO OUT TO EAT WITHOUT BEING CLOSE ENOUGH TO GET TO HOME. I WILL CONTIN UE TO USE THIS PRODUCT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS.

Didn't work and upset stomach
Nope, did not work for me. Caused major stomach upset, gas, and bloating. It could be the specific strands used in the supplement just didn't agree with my system, but I will not be rebuying.

very pleased with this product
Best I have tried on the market so far. I can definitely notice less bloating after meals. I also really like that these contain ginger. Which is a little noticeable as far as taste, even though they are meant to be swallowed. Very effective and I will continue to purchase , this was my second time purchasing because I was so happy with the product.

Great for this girl with IBS
I have a really sensitive stomach, so I both need probiotics, but I'm also afraid of them. I've had some experiences with probiotics that just end up leaving me feeling worse off than I started. This is really gentle on my stomach, and I'm not sure if it is the balance of the prebiotic and probiotic, but I'm already starting to feel better. The ginger gives the pills a really nice, subtle taste of ginger which I really like. I think that the ginger is also helping calm my stomach down and probably helping with my IBS. Wasn't expecting to feel better after just a week, but I'm really pleasantly surprised. If you've had issues with other pre or probiotics, I'd definitely give this one a shot. Plus I really love the gold foil and how pretty the entire package is. Feels like some self-care instead of just ugly supplements which I throw in a drawer
