Can i keep in the outside pockets a mac book air charger and a 1 tb hard drive and some small accessories? Are the outside pockets stretchable

The ockets do noy stretch, but you could carry a charger or hard drive in them.

Is there space for wallet and/or books?

Two or three books with a collective total thickness of 2" (6 cm), per shoulder bag side side and a slim wallet (not big and bulky) would have no problem. You could put a day planner in the laptop pocket, too. I like mine very much.

Is this made in China?

Yes! As are most Amazon 3rd party products. However, it is extremely well-made and quite durable. An excellent value for the money.

Does a MacBook Pro 13 late 2011 fit on it?
