This is such a great alternative to other children’s pain and fever reducers. I love the clean ingredients and the fact that it’s dye free with no artificial additives—it really gives me peace of mind as a parent. Most importantly, it actually works. It effectively reduces fever and helps with pain just as well as traditional options. My child had no issue taking it, and the organic blueberry flavor is a nice bonus. I also appreciate that it’s pediatrician preferred and made with a more thoughtful formula. Overall, this is now a staple in our medicine cabinet, and I feel confident reaching for it when my child needs relief. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using this since 2022, and it has become my preferred alternative to the big name brand acetaminophen. I had seen the commercials for this product and was skeptical. I assumed it would be expensive and not as effective as brand name Tylenol, which we always got for my 4 year old daughter. But when it came time to purchase more during a cold, I saw it here on Amazon and was suprised to see the price was equal to brand name Tylenol. I was also impressed by the limited ingredients, and the Blueberry flavor was a nice touch. My daughter is very good with taking medicine, although she prefers Cherry flavor, she likes Blueberries so I thought it was worth a shot. My girl is very perceptive, and did immediately notice the color was slightly off that what she was used to. Tylenol is more white, Geneva is more Beige. I did tell her it was Blueberry flavor, so she wasnt suprised, as she is in a phase where she doesn't like new things. She initially refused it because of this, but I always tell her to try something before she can say "she doesn't like it." So after some reluctance," she did took a tiny sip. Then she tipped her head back and easily swallowed the entire dose! She smiled and said, "Mmmmm, it's yummy!" (For the record, those who may say it's dangerous for a toddler to like the taste of medicine, when she was 2 years old, we had friends staying with us whose child had an incredibly rare illness, and required 8 doses of 16 medications a day, so she watched her friend take medicine daily for the 8 months they live with us. She knew her friend was sick and learned it was only for when she feels sick, and watching her friend take it willingly showed her not to fight it. And of course we have them locked up.) Anyways, the Genexa provided pain relief within the same amount of time as brand name Tylenol, and lasted just as long. I would not say it lasted any longer, or neccessarily worked better, but the limited ingredients are a major plus. While we don't exactly do "natural" only, our family does prefer to use products with as few unnecessary chemicals, dyes or any other irritants when it comes to anyrhing regarding my daughter. Foods, soaps, anything. Genexa will be our go to pain relief from now on. I'm very glad I decided to try it and encourage others to do so. TLDR: JUST AS GOOD AS BRAND NAME, SAME PRICING, LIMITED INGREDIENTS. WE WILL BE SWITCHING, AND I RECOMMEND YOU DO TOO!

Same 160mg/5mL acetaminophen dose as conventional children's fever reducer, but with an organic blueberry flavor and none of the junk. For a household that reads ingredient labels on everything, this was an easy switch. We've been using it for two years, primarily to bring down fevers when our toddler is sick. It works exactly as expected — no difference in efficacy from conventional acetaminophen — and our toddler actually likes the taste, which makes administering it during an already rough sick day one less battle. The dye-free formula also matters more than it might seem. Artificial dyes are one of the easier things to avoid, and when your child is already under the weather, there's no reason to add them unnecessarily. We keep this stocked at all times. If you're already reaching for children's acetaminophen, there's no reason not to use a cleaner version.

I highly recommend. It isn’t pounded with sugary flavoring and dyes but doesn’t taste like absolutely nothing so your kids wont resist you trying to keep them well. It’s effective and you can feel good about it. It’s so good that you’ll want to start getting cleaner products everywhere and help boost your families immune system holistically.

I love that there is a brand that does clean medication. The medication is a nice smooth liquid that my little one didn’t mind to drink. It’s a good amount for the price. It usually kicks in after 15 min for us and we notice that the pain goes down. If taken at night, our little one falls asleep really quickly after taking it. The only downside is that it leaves a sticky residue that needs to be cleaned up if spilled.

I'm an adult who needed this due to dietary issues. It works great. Tastes good too. The company was exceptionally awesome to deal with when I had questions. Genexa could tell me what exactly was in their product and where it came from. This is a stark contrast from the Tylenol company. They could not tell me what exactly some of their ingredients are made of, or where they come from. To be clear, they didn't tell me, "We source from multiple places", they told me they do not know. A medication company that does not know what is in their medication. Creepy.
