CALL OF DUTY 4 : MODERN WARFARE - GAME OF THE YEAR EDITION PC PC DVD

Right where do i start, this game is by far the best call of duty out of the lot, i have had many hours worth of fun out of this game multi player is very good, even now so many still play it, and the single player side of the game is also very good, as cpt price your see in mw2 and mw3 he is the back bone of these games very good story for those that love the story side of games get this play it and get the others mw2 and mw3, your get to see a story that beats any other game around. and for those that just want to jump online and start the slaughter call of duty 4 is a great game for it pick from a server with 20 to 30 players on 1 team and same on other or you can go for smaller team sizes on other servers all round a great game for people to play

This was the first call of duty game I ever played and it got me hooked on the franchise back in the day! This game revolutionized the first person shooter industry in my opinion. It is by far my favourite Call of Duty game to date, its simplicity and its imperfections (such as the perks: Frag x3 & Martyrdom). I loved playing through the Campaign again on my PC rather than on my older PS3. Cannot wait to get this baby remastered on PS4 and get my Gold Cross back ;) if you have never had the joy of playing this wonderful game then I highly recommend that you do.

Had this on a games rig with XP and decent graphics card - worked fine (never did get every laptop though) and even the multiplayer worked fine - my net connection sucks though so was a little bit of a issue in online games. I upgraded to win 7x64 with 2x monster GPU's and thought if it was ok on xp it should blow me away with 32gb of RAM and 2x GPU - However i was extremely disapointed when it would not run multiplayer - considering i ran single player fine on 7x64 with settings ramped to maximum Wasn't a happy chappy

Top game 😀 And it is compatible with windows 8.1! Yippy! Which I'm discovering is quite rare with older game titles. If there is any bad point, is that the single player mode is far to short. Not enough levels but great game all the same! 😊

An amazing game but there are so many hackers on it.

Great product, since its an old game it can only run singleplayer with the CD connected. Really good tho absolutely no problems with it. Multiplayer runs with or without CD but it has to be updated manually. No problem to me

great game but sorting out getting online to work takes a while. less hackers than i thought there would be. much better gaming experience online than on the consoles. unfortunately can't use controller unless you use xpadder or similar.

Wouldn’t install, kept getting error messages.

Me ha gustado mucho el juego, siempre me han gustado los COD, y este sinceramente fue excelente. Apenas necesitas un PC, con 4GB y un procesador muy normalito puedes jugarlo. Lo adquirí hace unos años, pero lo he vuelto a jugar ahora en 2023.

As you know, the worst thing I believe was the invention of the internet. It’s done more harm than good. Steam is another app most gaming sites use for anti hacking. And In any stand steam. The worse ever for gaming. Downloading games sucks. The days when you could just throw in a DVD and install was amazing. Now it’s all BS. This game was old enough that I could install it without Steam controlling my purchase. F Steam. I lost my old disc and had to do a re-install on my new computer build. Another thing I never do is buy a computer. I build My own extreme gaming systems without some company’s crap.
