Watching my kid play with this honestly reminded me of my third world country grandma picking the feathers off a chicken. My kid had a ton of fun playing with this, but a few things came up while playing: Its messy, you have to pluck fuzzies off the toy, and its not just a little bit, the entire toy is covered in this pluckible fuzz. the fuzz sticks to clothes also. Play with it in a non carpeted space and have vacuum ready for an easy clean up. my child has a pretty low tension span so, younger children will get fatigued with the constant plucking. Be ready to help. overall I thought it was a cool experience, my child loved it, and if you can get over the fact that you will probably see little bits of fuzz from now until the end of time around the house, then definitely purchase.

My daughter wanted this so badly for Christmas, so of course we surprised her with it! It took me (because she lost interest after about 3 minutes) 2 hours to pluck all of the purple fluff out, only to reveal that parts of the white fluff was not attached and also there was another layer of white fluff is areas of the face. We had to cut that off and we will be attempting to sew the areas where there are holes. I think this one was just defective, so this isn’t the result that comes of all of these, but it was very disappointing to put that much effort into a toy that was just going to have defective quality! The stuffed animal itself is cute and super soft. But it was extremely messy and the clean up took another 45 minutes!!

Gift to your nieces/nephews/neighbors kids and wait for the death stare from the parents!

I'm not sure why someone would buy this and then complain about the mess. I thought it was pretty obvious in the concept itself that it would cause a mess. Its harmless though and clean up is not difficult. I bought the large unicorn for my soon to be 3 yr old who would scream in joy every single time the commercial would come on. It was a fun activity for everyone adults and older siblings included. The reason for my 4 stars is the fact that like others have mentioned, there isn't enough filling for the bag. I would have initially thought to trash the pulled out fur but they market using it to fill the bag as if that is a part of the toy but it isn't visually appealing. They put thought into the design of the zipper but it is basically a fancy trashbag. I will most likely trash that part of it. I think they could forego the fancy trash bag and lower the price of the overall toy. Overall I'd buy it again. It was a great activity while it lasted. I would definitely recommend keeping the fur pulling process in 1 area of your house like at the table until that part is over. Also, a large might be too much for a toddler to do alone but a large would be a good family activity.

I love this toy, the plushie is giving my kid hours of fun and concentration, colorful, durable and cute. No complaints with the messy stuff, my kid is careful enough to deal with the hair in the bag without spreading it around. Its adorable and is very easy to use! Perfect for neurodivergent or autistic kids, the plushie is so squishable and the stuff inside the bag provide a very sensory experience. No doubt it is a powerful anxiety reliever for anyone. I want the whole collection, big or small. Definitely worth the money.

I bought this for my girlfriend; She sits down and just picks at it when she's stressed, it's quite satisfying. Although it is a bit messy it's nothing a quick vacuum or the added plastic bag won't fix. This would make a great gift or just personal fidget buddy!

My niece seemed to like this, but it created such a mess!! The purple furry stuff that you pull off (takes forever) to reveal the new color underneath (in our case, white...whoopie), goes everywhere and sticks to everything. Very weird idea, too. Felt like we were plucking a big chicken. Cannot recommend.

My daughter loves this it's super soft and fun to play with. Reading the reviews, some people don't understand this toy. Yes it's messy, yes it's time consuming but that's the point. It's a fidget plush. You're supposed to sit and casually pluck it and place the fluff in the unicorn shaped bag. This toy is wonderful for fidgety kids even adults thay just need something to keep their hands busy. I would like to get one for myself as well.
