Naturally sustainable and effective
Overall, I enjoy using this product as a physical-endurance and recovery enhancer. As a 48-yo male, I do not want to take testosterone supplements, but I do want to cause my body to maintain testosterone naturally, where the Tongkat Ali comes into play. I feel better upon taking this supplement and have seen and felt an increase in energy, in the gym (in-home), and other rooms in the house, and to include the wood shed (outdoors). I will continue to use this product as I believe it to be effective and safe for daily use. I have not seen any negative side effects; I have seen mild to moderate muscle growth and mild to moderate weight loss. I do take other supplements and protein shakes and creative when working out 3x a week. I have been taking Tongkat Ali and Turkesterone for a year now.

Honestly didn’t think it’d work, but it took about 2weeks of consistently taking them to notice, but did notice more energy thru the day, clearer mind, and def notice a lot better lifts at the gym. But that’s my experience with it so far, been about 2months ish or so
