I recently picked up the Sailnovo Rooftop Cargo Carrier for 700 mile family trip, and it worked out perfectly. Installation was straightforward, but it took some time to figure out. But, once strapped down securely, it stayed put for hundreds of miles of highway driving and I noticed barely any slippage. I was impressed by how much it could hold — it easily fit multiple duffel bags, blankets, and other bulky items, which freed up a lot of space inside the car. We hit some light rain during the trip, and the waterproof material held up really well. Nothing inside was damp when we unpacked. I am not sure how it would perform in heavy rain though but the material is pretty resistant. The bag itself folds down compactly when not in use, so it doesn’t take up much garage space either. Pros: Spacious storage capacity as it easily handles several bags and bulky gear. Durable, waterproof material. Easy setup and compact storage. Cons: Like most rooftop bags, it can make a bit of wind noise at higher speeds, but it wasn’t excessive and hardly noticeable. Overall, this cargo carrier is a great choice if you need extra storage for road trips or vacations. It’s roomy, durable, and affordable compared to hard-shell carriers, and it gives you the flexibility to store it away when not in use. Highly recommended for anyone short on space during travel.

Very good quality material.

Absolutely recommend. Drove cross country for 4 days in intense rain and wind and this thing didn’t budge. Nothing got wet, and had no issues with noise or excessive flapping. High quality product. Works great on a car with no roof bars.

We bought this for a family trip to Branson and we're amazed at how well it held up and you couldn't hear a thing. It does require at least 2 people to install but it performed very nicely.

We used this carrier on a ~750 mile road trip, almost all interstate highways. It worked well and showed no signs of wear after the trip. We didn't use the door hooks, so I can't speak to those, but it was very secure on the rack rails. Based on observing other's vehicles, I'd have to recommend filling it up as we did, or if not full, use the extra straps to cinch it down tight so it doesn't flap in the wind and become worn. As I think others have noted, be sure to orient it correctly to prevent stressing the zippers.
