A little more shiny in person but works as intended.

It looks like someone in the comments received the product in the image, and someone else, like myself, received a matte gray version that looks pretty cheap. The internal packing was poor, with everything loosely packed. The biggest flag to me was that I couldn’t find the serial number or any SRAM branding on the cassette. Now I need to deal with returning the thing for a refund. Very disappointed.

the cassete looks completely grey in the picture. In real life is glossy and more pitched towards bronze but a ugly and cheap bronze.
