I liked the product it does really help me with my blood circulation. The only thing i dindt like was that I only received one cup. I would've loved to use the small one for my arms and neck. Other than that it worked great. I also go to a spa where they charge me a lot of money to get this type of massages to help out with my cellulite and they kind of do the same work. I would recommended and i would buy it again but ill try it with someone else just for the fact that i only received one cup and not the two different sizes. :(

Great suction and easy to use I've been having cupping therapy done with an acupuncturist and wanted to see if I could get the same results at home. Well, this set is half the price of a single visit and works just as well! Great for sore muscles and chronic pain. My acupuncturist uses the glass cups and these are silicone, but they give you the same feeling of pressure and suction. And the hot lotion is a great bonus! It has a nice, light scent and it gives you just the right amount of tingle -- you can really feel it working, and it's perfect to use with the cups. Would highly recommend.

My friend raved about this product, so I had to try. The price is great for the two cups, lotion, optional pump head, and pouch containing it all. I first opened the lotion and instantly liked the light, clean fragrance. I applied the lotion to the side of my thigh, sore from my workout. I squeezed the tip of the large cup and suctioned it to my leg. I began to rub. It started to warm and seemed to relieve my muscles after applying to both of my legs. I am so excited to have learned of this product and also get the added benefit of help with cellulite.

I will start with the packaging, seems a little cheap but it is decent. Opening the lotion it had a seal on it which I like, that way I know it wasn’t opened before. It comes with a pump but you can’t put it in the bottle because there is a stopper, I’m sure it comes out but I didn’t try, I just squeezed it into my hand. The instructions say to apply and let the heat take effect before applying more that way you will know how much you can handle. I didn’t feel anything within a minute so I continued to apply, DO NOT do that. It gets hot trust me. If you have latex gloves I recommend wearing them when applying because my hand is still burning as I’m typing this. I applied it about 30 min ago and even washed my hands and showered and I can still feel it! As far as the lotion goes, it works! The cups are good quality, I wasn’t expecting that! Using the cups is not the most comfortable thing to do, it is slightly painful but tolerable. I have only used this once so I’m not quite sure how the product works as far as reducing cellulite but I will update after a couple weeks of using!

It burns so much!! Even when I use a small small amount. I end up having to wash it off. The suction cups don’t glide well so they are hard to use.

The cream BURNS. It’s made from hot peppers. It hurts my skin. I literally had to go to bed i was in so much pain!

These really work for sore muscles! I've been wanting to give cupping a try for awhile (ever since all the athletes were using it at the Olympics) and this set seemed like a good deal with both the lotion and the cups. The cups are really sturdy, thick silicone, but they're also flexible and easy to squeeze. You get two sizes so you can get the right fit for different parts of your body like your arms (small cup) or legs (large cup). You just squeeze, put them on your skin, and let go. Easy! The cream that comes with them is key -- you need it so you can move the cups around on your skin like a massage. It tingles a little bit, but not so much that it's painful. It actually feels really great on sore muscles.

Haven't had this very long so I can't tell you if it actually gets rid of cellulite but I can tell you that it gets really really really hot. I suggest wearing gloves when putting this on, also when it says try a little to see how much heat you can handle---it takes like 30 to 45 minutes until you can really feel it. So your first time use very little. It's like a tingling burning sensation and it lasts for a really long time. The suction cups are amazing I'll be using them for sore muscles as well , be careful not to squeeze them too hard on your skin, it will leave a bruise.
