will this work with a 92 dodge Cummins. obd1?. have adaptor

It only works with android devices and it will work on diesel engines obd2 you may have a bit of an issue using the adapter but it comes with a mini disc that may help but if you can find it for a obd1 I would recommend using that so no miss read due to the adapter
