Highly Recommended excellent portable unit which does Cooling and Heating. I own 4 and wanted to get another to use on my indoor porch, which is attached to my mobile home. They are much better then having those big a/c units sitting out on your window. Love them so easy to maintain. These units hold up running non stop in the summertime. Been using these units now for the past 9 years, For the price and quality name of Westinghouse you know you will get a good product and with these units good to have cooling and heating and also available units just for cooling.

Great portable AC! The Westinghouse 14,000 BTU unit cools the room quickly and maintains a comfortable temperature without being loud. It runs relatively quietly, which makes it perfect for a bedroom or workspace. The smart home integration is a huge plus. Setup was easy and controlling it from my phone is incredibly convenient. Strong cooling, quiet performance, and great smart features at a solid price. Highly recommend!

Had this since 2023 it works excellent with one little let down I had to bore a hole in floor so I could hook up a drainage pipe not a big deal.but nesasary the water collector is to small. But it cools to the maximum and heats up to be cozy in winter

Cons: - Unit does not self-drain when a garden hose is connected - Unit does not indicate or display tank level, just when it is full - Window adapter is not very broadly compatible - Used the worse device assisted network setup and pairing rather than smart pairing - Alexa compatibility is misleading- a Westinghouse App needs to be installed on a phone, an account registered, and then a whole other process to get an Alexa Skill or device to appear. - Doesn't have a built-in condensate pump - Castor wheels are not the locking kind - If the angle of the floor is paramount to draining, the unit should have an integrated bubble level - Ducting was not long enough to reach over the sink and make it to the adapter in the window. - if your window has a deep sill, the duct won't clear the sill - the window adapter can only be oriented, with the port hole as vertically up as it can be, with the port on one side of the window. - if you want the port hole as high as it can be on a particular side of the window, to stand a chance of clearing the sill, you're going to need to do some cutting or snipping of the inner sliding panel. - rather hard to find the portions soecific to heating in the directions Pros - worked okay for heat - inverter best pump should be quieter and more efficient - more compact than some cooling-onkly units ive seen

My daughter bought this ac/heater for me because my furnace went out over the winter it heated my mobile home great it was a life saver using the ac now also works very good very good product.

I would have liked it to be less noisy and give more heat. It had a sleep mode but I can’t figure out if it would be quieter running on this mode.

this unit works great, don't expect it to heat or cool an entire home, but we setup for a large bedroom suite for family member, kept temp where we set it, heat or cool. Really cranks out heat and air. Downside is the water drain, the internal tank isn't that big, so of humidity is high, it fills up quickly but drain is easy to access and empty. If you can run the tube for constant drainage outside, that's the ticket. Very happy overall just the need to drain condensation water is the only drawback. This is something you never see on a window unit because it just drains outside and you never notice it. Easy install and it's on wheels, reasonably quiet, vent will fit just about any window configuration.
