Good flavor.
I think this has become our favorite rub for pulled pork. Everybody ask if I am going to make it again. Cherry Cola rub, cherry wood and cherry cola spritz.

If you are a fan of Cherry Cola, this tastes just like it. We have tried it on chicken and pork. It is better on chicken. Waiting to try it on some ribs.

Bad batch?
Normally I can't get enough of this stuff on chicken. But this time it was really salty. Kind of overpowered the actual flavor. I added some brown sugar and it came out ok. But not sure what changed.
