Aigostar Toaster 2 Slice, Retro Extra-Wide Slot, Cream White

I've now had this toaster for several months. I ordered it mostly to toast bagels/frozen waffles/frozen pancakes, so it was important that the slots were wide and deep, but I find it toasts normal size bread just fine. Yes, the springs that eject the toasted bread are robust. Only very thin bread might get ejected out, and I usually toast thicker bread. In any case, that's not a big deal to me. Better than having to dig for toast that doesn't come out far enough. More important is that it toasts several widths of bread evenly and quickly, the numbered dial makes the toasting consistent (about 2.5-3 for me), does a great job with frozen items (it has a special button for that), it toasts one-sided for bagels (has a special button for that too) and it looks great on my counter. So far it's seems quite durable. Some have complained that the metal sides get hot. No more so than other toasters. This is what toasters do. This one's well-built, pretty, durable and very affordable. Would definitely recommend.

This toaster makes excellent toast.Works awesome.I also love the colors that are offered.I chose the cream color. real satisfied also with the design.Its not big and doesn't take a lot of room on my counter.

I have just had it a couple of days but so far it seems good. There is definitely an odor when first tried it like the directions said. Its easy to use, bigger than I thought it would be, but it fits perfectly where I wanted it to. Color was a little more blueish than green, but I'm getting used to it. Alittle pricey, but I think it's going to be worth it!

is hard to find . . . I read so many reviews for a toaster to replace my 8 year old one, for a good value, and finally decided to go with this toaster. It looks good in my kitchen, and one of the most important things for me is that it has a longer cord - not one of those shorties that doesn't quite reach your outlet which seems to be the norm nowadays. Easy to operate too. But . . . I took off one star for one thing: the overly springy pop up when the toaster is done. On my first toasting with this (after I ran it through a few cycles to burn off any weird odors), I wasn't paying attention when my one half of an English Muffin was done . . . when I came back to butter it, it was nowhere to be seen! I then thought that my dog had somehow gotten to it (how that would be I haven't a clue) and after a wee bit of chastising her for stealing my breakfast, I happened to catch sight of my English Muffin between the stove and refrigerator! I now stand by when I'm toasting something, at the ready with a clean dish towel to catch it when it pops up, out, and over!

I like everything about this toaster. The features that lets you toast bagels or muffins properly and that defrosts frozen bread are terrific. I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants a two slice toaster.

It’s a cute toaster if you’re shopping on looks alone. Functionality wise, not the best. I use it and it toasts as it should but the leaver you push down is loose, doesn’t seem to toast consistently. The dial clicks as you turn it up or down for how toasted you want, but it lacks easy markings to see where on the dial you are.. and the crumb drawer comes out from the back which to me, is inconvenient. So…. It toasts but I would not buy it again.

My husband and I don't use a toaster every day, but the last two we owned broke in less than a year. This one is still holding up so I will give it five stars for that reason alone. We don't keep it out on the counter, but it is attractive enough to do that if you want to, the white color is very pretty. We especially like the bagel/muffin function, which is what we use the most. It's easy to keep clean, and the crumb catcher on the bottom slides out easily.

les toasts sont roties uniformément. pas besoin de mettre la commande au maximum pour avoir un pain grillé. Nous on est bien satisfaits. En plus l'appareil est joli.

Not only does this toaster look great, it works great too! - Smooth 'Up / Down' lever, easy to set for lighter/darker levels. Great quality, very happy!
